2. Design Consultation: Once we receive your inquiry form, we will email you to schedule a consultation to discuss the project.

3. Personalized Fitting: If you choose not to provide your precise measurements in the form, you can either schedule an IRL fitting in Greenpoint, Brooklyn or be guided virtually by our Founder.

4. Production Timeline: Custom orders can range from 4-6 week lead time. Deliveries can range between 5-10 days depending on shipping method and destination. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Final Sale Policy: Each bespoke piece is meticulously handcrafted to your specifications; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

• Complimentary Alteration: We offer one complimentary alteration with your initial purchase to guarantee complete satisfaction. Subsequent adjustments may involve additional fees.

• Premium Materials: Our swimwear is fashioned from luxurious 4-way stretch Lycra Spandex (87% polyester / 13% spandex), specifically milled for digital printing. The fabric undergoes dye sublimation to achieve vibrant, lasting colors.

• Artisanal Production: Each custom suit is fully lined, reversible, and offers moderate coverage. We source our fabrics from esteemed American textile mills, and every piece is handcrafted in our Brooklyn atelier.
